PAYMENT TERMS
All funds must be paid through Venmo, a Personal Check, Quick pay with Zelle, and electronic transfer, at the at the start of the Job.
50% payment on acceptance of job
50% payment upon completion and approval of client.
FULFILLMENT POLICY
Either party may terminate this contract at any time for any reason they deem necessary with written notice.
In the event the designer, for any reason, must terminate the project before completion, the designer agrees to refund the initial deposit or a pro-rated amount and include any work the designer completed on the project to the client/author.
Upon cancellation of this freelance graphic design contract, the Client will be responsible for all expenses incurred prior to contract termination.
If the client/author chooses to cancel this project before completion, the initial deposit will not be refunded by the designer. The designer may or may not charge the client/author more for expenses incurred greater than the initial deposit. The client/author agrees to compensate the designer for said expenses upon being furnished with receipts for expenses above the initial deposit.
